Diana Domenech, joined AIG July 2013 as Director of Supplier Diversity, Sustainability, & Strategy. She is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company Supplier Diversity efforts into the businesses and across the globe and developing Sustainability practices within the Global Sourcing & Procurement Services function. She also serves on the AIG CAO Diversity Council and is a member of the company ERG’s.
Prior to joining AIG, Diana spent 14 years at JPMorgan Chase. Most recently, Diana was Vice President of the Corporate Supplier Diversity Program where she was responsible for leading the firm wide supplier diversity initiative. Under her leadership, the Supplier Diversity Program grew spend with Tier 1 and Tier 2 diverse business to over $1.3 billion annually. Diana had also worked as a Project Manager and MIS Analyst in the operations areas of the bank. She started her career at JPMorgan Chase as an Associate in Technology and Operations management development program. Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Diana spent 4 years as an INROADS Intern with Chubb & Son Group of Insurance Companies in the Executive Protection Practice.
Diana has a certificate from the University of Granada, Spain; a BS from Cornell University, College of Human Ecology; and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. She currently serves as a member of the WPEO Board of Directors, and has previously held positions as Corporate Vice Chair of the New York State Coalition of Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and Vice Chair of the Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity.
