What WBE successes have you experienced?
“My success story was with CTG, a WBE specializing in training and development, focusing on Microsoft and IT skills. I made the introduction to our Talent Management team a year ago and as of now CTG is our top training and development vendor. They have travelled to most of our offices throughout the country.” – Kate Kleyman, Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
Robert DiGiaro, Chief Procurement Officer, Guggenheim Partners
“At Guggenheim Partners we value Diversity and Inclusion and that includes diversity in our supply chain. Our program began in 2014 and since then we have made great progress in establishing strong partnerships with diverse business enterprises. Our focus is not only on diversity spend, but also on initiatives that create greater opportunities in the Financial Services industry.
Supplier Diversity has become part of our culture and an integral component in our Sourcing process. We have a dedicated Supplier Diversity Manager, Kate Kleyman, who leads our efforts in this space. I look forward to seeing Guggenheim grow in our Supplier Diversity efforts and thought leadership. Our objective is to advance inclusive vendor practices in corporate America.”
