As a Program Assistant at WPEO-NY, N’Deye Ndiaye processes WBE and WOSB application files for WBENC certification, conducts site visits, and helps applicants through the certification process.
N’Deye graduated with B.A.I.S in International Relations with minors in both Economics and French from Texas State University. During her time at Texas State, N’Deye completed an undergraduate honors thesis focused on the impact NGOs have on West African Development. She studied abroad in Morocco as a Gilman Scholar. While there, she volunteered with a non-profit women’s development center initiating new ideas for the organization of the center as well as teaching the beginner English course. While at Texas State she also served as a University Ambassador, President of Texas States’ Model Arab League Team, PACE Peer Mentor, and worked as a Career Associate at the Career Services Department helping plan and execute the annual career fairs for students and alumni.
