Tonia Woodbury is a Supplier Diversity Manager at Wells Fargo. With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Woodbury serves on the Supplier Diversity team responsible for increasing diverse spend growth across the enterprise and developing initiatives to enhance the growth and development of diverse businesses. She works directly with lines of business, including the Home Lending Group; Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation Group; the Chief Administration Office and the Corporate Risk Group. Woodbury established the foundation and framework for the Leaders of Change (LOC) outreach and supplier development program, with over 2,000 participants between 2010 and 2013. The program provided capacity development opportunities for diverse-owned suppliers and advocacy organizations through scholarships, coaching, mentoring and networking.
In June 2014, Woodbury was recognized by WE USA Magazine as a “Best of the Decade” honoree for her commitment to women’s business development. She was also awarded the partner recognition award for the PRIDE Communications 2013 Small Business Week Symposium, the Partners Achieving Success Leadership Award in 2012, and the Recognition Award – Planning Committee 2012 by the California State Board of Equalization’s “Connecting Women to Power Business Conference.” She has been featured in MBN USA, Black Enterprise, the Atlanta Tribune, SAVOY Professional and PRIDE magazine.
Woodbury serves on the national committee for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and the board of directors for the North Central Minority Supplier Development Council
(NCMSDC). She is a member of the National Black MBA Association, the Project Management Institute and CALIBR Global Leadership Network.
